We want to make sure that our cancelation process and refund policy is clearly communicated to all of our GoPeer users. We want you to have the best experience possible with GoPeer, and even if you do choose to cancel, we want to ensure that the process is smooth.
Manage or Cancel Membership
Your GoPeer membership can be canceled at any time. Currently, you are not able to cancel via the Mobile App so you’ll need to cancel using a laptop or computer. Here is a step by step walkthrough of how you can cancel your account:
Once your account is canceled, you will still be able to use GoPeer until the end of the current billing period. By canceling, you will ensure that your membership will not renew automatically after the current billing period.
If for any reason you are having difficulty canceling your account, please contact our support team to ensure that your account has been canceled. Your account will need to be fully canceled to ensure that you won’t receive further charges from us.
GoPeer Refund Policy
Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, etc.) You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your plan renews which will notify you of your upcoming charge. If you’d like to avoid being charged, you will need to cancel your plan before it renews. No refunds will be provided if you forget to cancel your plan.
Membership subscription purchases are non-refundable. We do not bill or refund based on account activity. If you cancel your membership subscription, you will receive a confirmation and your account will automatically downgrade at the end of your current billing period.
Additionally, we do not provide refunds for any partial-month membership periods. For example, if you have purchased an annual membership and cancel half-way through, we will not provide a refund.
