All sessions are charged with a fixed rate of $25/hour (pay as you go)
Session Rates by Lesson Duration
15-minutes = $6.25
30-minutes = $12.50
45-minutes = $18.75
1-hour = $25 (most popular)
1-hour 30-minutes = $37.5
2-hours = $50
What is the free trial and membership?
You will NOT be charged to start a free trial, and you can cancel it anytime if it's not the perfect fit (a valid payment method is required to start a free trial).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel the free trial or membership anytime from your Settings.
Do I need a free trial to respond to a tutor?
Yes. You can request recommendations without starting a trial. However, to respond to a tutor, you would need to start a free trial. You will NOT be charged to start a free trial and can cancel anytime.
How do I pay my tutor?
All payments are processed through the GoPeer platform. You only pay 24-hours after a lesson is completed.

We love it when kids have awesome sessions with a tutor and want to have future sessions with them! So, if it's a great fit, then we recommend working with the same tutor. However, you will always have the option to switch tutors at any time. With a membership, you will always get unlimited tutoring for $25/hour with all tutors in all subjects!

We use a very secure payment processing system called Stripe, so your information is safe (Stripe is also used by Amazon, Lyft, Google, Spotify, Zillow, Yelp, OpenTable, Expedia, Kickstarter, Warby Parker, Slack, and many others).
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry.

Yes. Simply visit your billing settings on a computer to cancel your membership, and your card will no longer be charged.
